Steve's call is to extend the love of God, the grace of Christ, and the hospitality of this church to members who are ill or who are otherwise struggling with the vicissitudes of life.

Outside interests: Steve likes reading and dabbling in poetry. He is married to Dana and has a daughter and a son. Steve and his son are baseball enthusiasts who enjoy visiting baseball stadiums around the country. Steve reports that he has learned to play "dirty basketball" as his only chance of beating his son in games played in the alley behind their house.
